QR Code Serviceability

For select Cree Lighting fixtures, a sheet of weather-resistant QR code labels offer customers faster and easier product information retrieval as well as warranty claim submissions. Each code is unique to each fixture.

You can scan the code for access to:
• Installation Instructions
• Part Number (SKU)
• Serial Number
• Build Date
• Warranty Estimated End Date
• Warranty Claim Easy Submit Form

Duplicate 1” and 2” sized QR code labels are also included with the fixture. They can be affixed to other important locations such as inside pole bases, next to fixtures, on site plans, or in maintenance records. Large 2” labels can be scanned from the ground when placed at an appropriate height, whereas, compact 1” labels are small enough to fit in tight locations.
